PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

AUDIOSON Personal Data Privacy and Protection Policy complies at all times with the current legislation established by the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, PDPA) and its developing regulations.

To finish any purchasing process, you must first become a USER.

In order to do so, you will need to go through the sign-up process (introduce the link in the sign-up page) and fill in all the required information. When you finish this process, you will be granted the condition of USER and will be able to finish your purchasing.

Based on article 5 of PDPA, your personal data will become part of a USER FILE, that has been properly registered in the Data Protection General Register with the objective of managing all clients’ data, carrying out invoicing administrative tasks and, according to what has been established by Law 34/200 of 11 June on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, sending you information about our products or services by means of any electronic or not electronic media.

Your consent to use your personal data for the aforementioned purposes has a revocable nature, without retroactive effects according to what has been established in articles 6 and 11 of the PDPA.

You also confirm that the information you have provided is true and that you are the authorized person to make use of it.  In this way AUDIOSON is exempt from any responsibility of damage you may suffer due to identity theft or lack of veracity in the content of the information that was given.

We would like to inform you that if you want to exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition granted by the Law, you can do it (after accrediting your identity properly) by sending us an email to infoaudioson@audioson.es

GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

AUDIOSON After-sale Guarantee and Return Policy complies at all times with the regulations established by the Royal legislative Decree 1/2007 that approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (hereinafter RTLPCU). The guarantee that AUDIOSON offers to its clients, regarding accessories and technical assistance, is a 2-year period starting on the delivery date. On the other hand, the guarantee for complements of accessories (chargers, batteries, light bulbs, etc) and technical assistance, due to the nature of these products, is 6 months starting on the delivery day.

AUDIOSON´S guarantee won´t take responsibility for defects caused by the misuse of the product.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS BOUGHT IN THE E-SHOP

AUDIOSON has a return period of 15 natural days for any product bought in the e-shop. This period starts from the delivery day onwards. In order to return a product, the client will need to fill in a return form that is available in the following link.

The client will receive and follow the indications to proceed with the return process. The content of the packet must be:

  • The product that will be returned must be inside its original packaging and if this weren´t possible, the product will suffer an equivalent depreciation in its value.
  • When the online form has been filled in, the client receives a delivery note that must be printed and sent together with the product.

When the product is received by AUDIOSON´s technical service, its general condition is evaluated. After this evaluation process has taken place, the reimbursement is done using the same payment method that was used when the product was purchased and will become effective 24 hours after AUDIOSON has accepted the return. The return process of orders coming from the e-shop must always be done online. It won´t be accepted in any AUDIOSON Centre. AUDIOSON reserves the right to reject returns in the following cases:

  • When the return has been communicated or sent after the established period. The date that is considered as valid in the return process is the one that appears in the first return form that was sent.
  • Defects caused by misuse of the product.
  • Death of the purchaser.
  • When the returned product is incomplete.

AFTER SALE SERVICE

In the event that the product doesn´t comply with the established criteria, the client can choose between reparation and substitution of the product, except in the cases when none of these two options is objectively possible or when it is out of proportion and provided that the product is within the legal guarantee period.

In order to carry out this procedure correctly, the client must follow these steps:

  • Send an email to infoaudioson@audioson.es telling us in detail about the problem that the product purchased on the e-shop presents.
  • When we receive this email, AUDIOSON will contact you and will indicate the process that must be followed.
  • According to the instructions received, you will be asked to send the product to AUDIOSON´s technical service. Inside the packet you must put the product together with its original packaging, but in case the latter is not possible, the product will suffer an equivalent depreciation in its value.
  • When the product is received by AUDIOSON and its condition is checked by the technical service, the after-sale procedures will take place.

AUDIOSON reserves the right to reject substitution or reparation of the product in the following cases:

  • The product is out of the legal guarantee period. The date that will be considered as valid is the one that appears in the first email the client sends informing about his disconformity with the product purchased on the e-shop.
  • Defects caused by misuse of the product.
  • Normal wear of the product.
  • When the returned product is incomplete.

For all products that were purchased on AUDIOSON´s e-shop but are out of the guarantee period you need to contact us on infoaudioson@audioson.es, and after evaluating the situation in detail, a decision will be made in terms of what course of action should be followed to solve the problem.
